A page a month;....

Going to do a page a month, kinda remembering the month. What exciting events took place. The first month really is not quite in the format that I want but February will be. Tonight we are expecting a blizzard, we have not had this kind of weather in years. Just last week it was beautiful here, not sweater weather but nice for here in the chilly north. Hubby is going out of town to a conference, but they are taking a bus, the road they are going on is bad at the best of times. The daughter was suppose to be going away on the weekend but the weather is to bad to be driving with teenage girls. I heard this song on the radio by Jan Arden a Canadian singer, really great. The song is Bring the boys home, it was orginially a song from the 70's which she redid, I love it. It is inspiring me to do a page on it, so stay tuned for that.....Well gotta make lunch. I start number one of the goals tommorow. I joined WW and am going after work.....I will keep you informed of my progress. My weight is between me and the scale.....

When love was really love for a lifetime.....

This is a picture of my Mom and Dad when they were dating, I think my Mom said she was 17 and he was the same age but almost 18. They truly had a love match, they knew each other most of there lives, he lived down the street, they had the same friends, and so the story goes, they met and fell in love. My dad died when he was 55, and my mother never remarried and she will be 79 this year, if I have heard it once I have heard it a thousand times, when you have had the best you dont want anything else.....A little bit of my family triva for you today. I just came up from working on an art piece and it looks like crap, so its going to be repainted and will not be seen on my blog..... Well the weekend went by fast and furious and here it is Sunday already, another exciting week ahead....Well thats it for this Sunday, hope you all had a great weekend and talk to you tommorow.

Studio Friday....Changing Names

had been thinking about this Challenge for a couple of days. I talked to my mother about it, and she in turn related a story to me I had long forgotten. In about grade one, the first day of school I told my teacher that they had got my name mixed up, my name was Patsy not Lee, (Patrica was my middle name). Hence the class began to call me Patsy…until meet the teacher. In comes my mother , the teacher asks whose mother are you, well I am Lee's mother. The teacher then says oh you mean Patsy….needless to say I was Lee from then on. As a child and a teen I always disliked my name for many reasons, first I thought it was a boy's name, second it was to easy to remember the teachers always knew my name immediately. And last I wanted some exotic artsy name like Natasha, or Victoria not plain Lee.. Now as an adult I cant imagine being any one else. My name goes with me, and its so easy to say, unlike my married last name which nobody can spell or pronounce. I think my mother could have been a little more daring and at least spelled my name Leigh. But on the other hand she named my other Sister Delta, now that's another story…..

Spring has Sprung on the Blog...

Yep felt like spring in the studio, wanted to try some watercolours not great with them yet, the flowers need some work but I tried and its out there. Today it felt the spring here, above zero great weather for the past two weeks, I hear we are in for a cold spell. Hubby got home safe and sound late last night. Thats it for tonight back to the studio, see you tommorow for Studio Friday.....

Waiting...

I have been thinking about doing this layout for quite awhile. When I go to my Mothers building (a seniors residence) there are always the same people sitting my the window, each time. I notice them when I come, when I go just waiting. My mother says nobody comes to visit them. Now of course some may not have children, etc. But somewhere in their life they must have known someone who could have visited. Do we have such busy lives that we cannot spare 30 minutes for someone else. Just a thought and a layout. Did not do to much today other than go to work, play around with my layout and that's it. No exciting life here, talk to you soon......

New Years Day and counting....

This is the fireworks we had last night at 12;00, I know just about as exciting as watching the ball drop in Time Square in New York (just kidding)) love watching that ball drop. Today the first day of January was the day I hang around in my PJ's and really dont do to much. Which I did, just kinda slept in, cleaned the studio (have to do that for 2007), thought about some art projects, chatted with the hubby, totally watched the sci fi network (Farscape the Peacekeepers) I really do like those shows, watched Last Kiss DVD. Hubby went out of town on business for a couple of days, will miss him, but love not having do anything for anyone, the daughter pretty much looks after herself. But alas its back to work tommorow, but it a fresh year, new possibilities and I am totaly open to tackle anything. So until tommorow hope you did what you wanted to today.....

Looking forward to 2007...

I am really looking forward to 2007. Really 2006 has not been a great year in my famil, heartattacks, deaths, family problems, the list seems to go on and on..
So 2007 I have deemed to be the year of a better life for all. I have been thinking about goals, dont you every year do a new years goal and then 3 days into the New Year you break it. Well this year I am going to set 5 goals and ensure that I carry them through for the new year. Now I know you are not suppose to tell anyone your goals but I want to be accountable so here they are: Goal: Lose weight/Not is that not everyone's goal, but I want to do it for my health> Goal 2: Excerise/now this is a major goal, as this girl hates excerise (my treadmill re laundry holder can testify to that/Goal 3: Enroll in an Art course at Universtiy/now this also is a heafty goal as I am always comparing my talent to others and always falling short. Goal 4/Improve my photography skills/take my camera more places and get the unexpected shots/Goal 5:Try to do something for someone else other than my self/pershaps volunteer I havent really decided on this one yet. Now I will get you imformed of my progress in regards to these goals. We are having friends over for dinner , Steak, and garlic shrimp, the works, stuffed baked potatoes and a movie. My friend is going to hook up my home theatre that we got for Christmas, Hubby is not inclined that way. Well I hope you all have a great time and a safe and happy New Year. And here to blogging in 2007.,....

Chinese Food and a Birthday Girl

This is the birthday girl, my sister inlaw, we all went out tonight and celebrated her birthday and had Chinese food. We eat alot, laughed alot, and had a great time. The only one who could not make it tonight was my daughter as she had to work. Well today was totally crazy at work everything has to be done by year end and that is tomorrow and we get to leave early so I will be going in early. I have been in the groove of creating something everyday for 23 days, and haven't done anything now in a few so I am getting jittery. I am totally going to create tomorrow night, I have a great idea stirring around and want to work on it, I love it when you don't have to fight to get ideas. Well enough of my chatter, talk to you tomorrow.

Studio Friday-Proud artist of "The Art of the Teapot"

Well since it was my suggestion I thought I better post. This piece was done with paper, stamps, paint, and mesh. My scrapbooking store had a contest on to use certain paper, which was provided and you could do anything with it, as long as you used all the paper patterns. Well I dont usually enter contests but was intriqued by the paper, I love paper. So this is the concept that I came up with, and you know I liked it immediately, it tells the story of how I created the teapot, didnt win, didnt matter because I was happy with what I created, and thats all that matters....

I'am Done Cooking till the New Year....

I hope everybody had a great Christmas. I did! But way to much cooking, so I am not cooking till the New Year, everybody around here has to fend for themselves. Wont be to hard we are off for dinner out tommorow night, and friday, and New Years eve we are doing nothing, so I for sure will cook a special dinner. I got some really nice presents, a watercolour set (i wanted to try my hand at watercolours) some new paint brushes, sketch pads, perfume, books (I love to read) and misc stuff, so I was very spoiled. The weather cooperated this year and we had nice warm days and no snow. Today I went out (took the day off today) and did some shopping with my daughter, it was quite busy, I did not buy anthing but there still is the weekend. Well I must go and get my lunch ready. What else but a turkey sandwich as its work tommorow. So its back to normal and I will talk to you guys tommorow. At studio friday I submitted an idea and they used it this week, so I better post. Oh by the way this is my family, Mums, sister inlaws, cousins etc The ones missing is me (taking the picture) and hubby who hates getting his picture taken).

I will remember....

Merry Christmas to you all. Today on my blog I remember my sister Delta Louise Martin, who passed away this year, in January, she had just turned 55 two weeks before. It was a surprise we were not ready for it, it was a heart attack, she was at home not feeling well and everybody was at work. I want to tell you a little about her, She grew up in a warm loving household, the oldest of three sisters. I am about 2 years younger, and the youngest is about 12 years younger. She was a normal sister, we got into a lot of fights about her clothes, I always wanted to wear them, and she did not want me to. But just sister stuff. She grew up and married her soul mate Bryan. They eventually settled into Vancouver. She had a son, lets just say her family was her life. Her husband and son meant the world to her. She had a great job that she loved, and was happy to go there each day. The last time I saw my sister, was last Christmas, I came just after Christmas and stayed till her birthday. Truthfully I think I was meant to go there and see her at Christmas, we had a great time, visited, laughed, hung out with our Mother, spent New Years altogether, her husband, me, and my mom, and celebrated the new year. Almost 3 Weeks later she died. I will remember her, as a Young girl, a teenager, a wife, and a mother, and a devoted, caring sister, who loved her whole family. We miss you and wish you were here to share your life with us. We love you always......

Studio Friday: Rituals and Wishes (plus day 21)

Studio Friday is all about Rituals and Wishes in the studio. I dont really have any rituals in the studio, I like a clean studio to work in, so I usually have to clean it up, and then get down to work. But wishes for the studio, I would love to have an island in my studio, just the right height, with storage underneath, and on the sides room for book and magazines. I dont have the room for one of these babies but in my dreams I would have the perfect studio and be able to create endless amounts of work with no mess...

Studio Friday Challenge-Purely White...

I did this layout all white, I scanned it and it turns beige, It photographed the same, so here it is anyway. I like it, I painted it in layers and used wooden layers, and even managed to incoroporate it into my christmas 25 day art journal. It does not look great here, but in person its pretty good.

Santa likes starbucks to...EDM challenge #96

angel baby....

Well 3 layouts in one night, and still not quite caught up....Well as you can tell back from the visiting. Had a cup of tea and a visit with my neice and family and my mother inlaw was there as well. My sister in law is off to Malysia in January so we had a good talk about that. Well today we had our annual staff christmas luch and it went off very well, we always have it at the same hotel and they do a really nice job of decorating and food, our group was about 150 and we all go fed and out of there in about 1.5 hours. Then it was back to work, of course nobody felt like working a nap was what I was thinking but managed to get a little work done. Well I should end this now, before you actually snooze off, so talk to you tommorow.

Life interfering with Art...

Thats right lately I have had no time for art, or my Christmas Art journal. Tonight got home late from work, and so did hubby, had supper, cleaned up and then had to get some christmas stuff done. Well there went the night and no art created. I think I need to quit work (hubby doesnt read the blog so I feel safe to say that). Tommorow night its off to the mall to get the pesky christmas shopping over and done, just the daughter left. Sunday we put up the tree and decorated it, here is the tree undecorated, the decorated one was blurry. I know its a pretty lame picture, but I think we need pictures on our blog. Well got to go. talk to you tommorow night and will let you know how the shopping turned out....

December 9, Birds eye view

Did not draw this one, I found the paper and loved it on sight. I did alter it a bit, but love it anyway. Now i am not totally caught up yet as today is December 10, so I better get moving and get on it. No art done this weekend as I was pretty busy, with Christmas things, we put on the tree and decorated, cleaned the house from top to bottom, had my Mom over for dinner and putting up the tree. And just lazed around the rest of the weekend. Hubby put up the Christmas lights outside, and shoveled the driveway, and cleaned out the garage. So we were both pretty busy and pretty tired. I was cleaning the shower today, and stepped inside and did the splits, my whole body aches, after all I am not 20 anymore.....so I took a couple of Tylenol. I have not finished my shopping yet, am going on Tuesday night after work to complete it....enough of this, I want it over and done. Well I should go and make my lunch for work and try to get to bed early, but I want to read Vanity Fair, I just bought it today and the issue is all about ART...Well talk to you tommorow and hopefully have day 10 and 11 done....

Day 8, is all about the boys.......

I found this picture in a book, I wasn't going to use it at first, but thought its an art journal it can be anything it doesnt have to be all about you drawing everything, so here it is. I did paint the background, but the picture is out of a magazine.

Polar Bears have Christmas to....

I had just watched a tv show on Polar Bears coming into Churchill Manitoba on their way to the Ice, and thought that would be a great drawing for the Art Journal so here it is enjoy..because I really liked doing it....Just catching up on my art journal days...

Studio Friday - Color Combos that make you Crazy

I find orange and yellow very hard to work with, there are so many shades of yellow. I dont paint to much with yellow, and never with orange. I know orange and brown look good together, but I just dont like the color of orange, so I dont use it. Another color is tan, or beige very hard to use.

Remembering Christmas Past

Well the days on the journal are a little mixed up but at least I am trying to do one a day. Well this one came together quite easy as I was thinking of my family and of christmas in the past and of course my sister. Today was the dentist my crown broke last week so today it was two hours of drilling, so by the time I was out of the chair I was ready for home. But I had promised my mother shopping and dinner so that is what we did. Still not finished christmas shopping, I dont find it easy as I never know what to buy people. We are putting up the tree on Sunday night and decorating Sunday. Well should go got to get Studio Friday ready for posting.

Star of Wonder Star of Light

I know I missed day 5, but here is day 6, I am going to do day 5 tonight and day 7. Well tonight its just me home alone. I got a plan to clean the house and do art. So the journal entry will be short. Last night My daughter and I atteded the retirement party for my husband. About 150 people and lots of fun, he got some great original art as gifts, we had a great time. It really was not to late of a night witch is great. On my way home tonight I stopped at Chapters to get a book, and a homeless man asked me for money, I gave him some. But it got me thinking, how could anyone that lives in the province in Canada where I live be homeless or out of work. We are having a boom in Alberta, Oil is big, jobs are plentifull on the streets eveyone has signs they need help. We are bringing in people from other provinces to work in the fast food industry etc. Do people not want to help themselves, its mighty cold out there to be cold and hungry. Well should go talk to you all tommorow.

Hope...

First and foremost I know today is December 4, and I put the 3 on the picture I will be fixing that after this post. Well to days post is about Hope. Today we received an email from my brother in law and sister in law, who are in Guyana on a three year posting. My brother in law is a Minister with the Presbyterian church and my sister in law is also involved with the church. The email today made me think, (I know Ian imagine that) because of what his message was about HOPE. As i was driving home tonight, I thought about this, you have to have HOPE, your whole existence is based about HOPE, if there is no hope then there is only despair. People who give up have lost all hope can see nothing ahead of them. Ian thanks for the email it made me sit up in my comfortable house and think about other individuals other than myself.

Mary did you know?

I was driving home and heard this song on the radio and knew immediately I had to do something, here is my rendition of Mary, I did not put a face on her, because I think people all have a different way they see her, she is universal and yet different to everybody. I am having a blast doing all these, I am working now on day 5, I have day 4 done. well this weekend went by really fast. Went Christmas shopping on Friday night, and today, the mall was crazy and I am not finished. My mother was over on Saturday and we were going to bake, but ending up wrapping presents, I have beeing behind on present wrapping that is my least favourite job. Well got to go make lunches, talk to you all tommorow, stay tuned for day 4......

Art Journal updates.....

Sorry didnt post December 2, art journal because was busy. Oh I know you were all waiting to see what it was, well I really like it, but I like December 3, way better. Going to post it now!!!!

Studio Friday-Colour Combos

This is my colour combos, I like greens and yellows, oranges, blues and pinks, purples and blues they all work together in harmony. I have had this picture in my inspiration file for ever, when I look at it, it brings me joy, a sense of vibrancy, these are the colours that make you feel good. Its like
a bouquet of spring flowers in the middle of a dark gloomy winter.

On the First Day of Christmas

Posting this one day early as I am going shopping for xmas presents tommorow night and will be to tired to post. Day one of the Christmas Art Journal - I have been thinking about my studio friday (colour) all week, and I went through my inspiration folder and found my colour pallet, I have this picture out of a magazine (i dont know how old) and when I look at it it makes me happy, the colours draw me in. I know enough of that!!!! Well I get the car back tommorow, yeah, he said he was 95% sure that it would be ready, I hope it is or I will be renting one for the weekend. I need my own car, no sharing with hubby, we do different errands on SAturday I do my own thing, art store, etc, he is not interested. Well gotta to go and post my studio friday. Talk to you Saturday.....

Do I have a fixation on Snowpeople.....

No, I got these all a garage sale for about 5.00 what a deal. So I have a few but they really look nice and I like them. Well I am not going to report on the weather today as it seems that is all I do on this blog. Lets just say it is not spring yet. I have not spent to much time this week in the studio, but I need to get down there, I have been sketching ideas in my sketchbook. Now I need to incorporate the ideas on to the paper. I have decided my art pages are going into a art journal, and they will be all about christmas each and every one of them up to Christmas Day. I am excited about this project, as there are so many possibilites, some pictures of xmas when I was a girl, some painted peices, some collage, the possibilities are endless. I will post one each day of December (I hope). Well should go have to make lunches, hubby is now taking lunch to the new job, to cold to go out. Talk to you tommorow....

Its beginning to feel alot like Christmas

Brought up some things from the basement to start decorating for christmas no not the tree I think its a tad early for that. Some people in the neighbourhood have their tree up, but Hubby would have a fit. I think a couple of more weeks for that. Well I took my honda into the repair shop yesterday and I am carless, they said a week to fix it. For those of you who dont know I backed up into a power pole, needless to say the car got the most damage. Or maybe my ego, who can hit a pole while backing up,only me according to my husband. Well we are in a big deepfreeze here with the wind chill it is minus -40 that is really cold you can freeze something in 5 minutes or less. So its best just to stay in the house. The roads are really slippery and I am glad the car is in getting fixed. I made some comfort food for a night like this, homemade vegetable beef noodle soup. I am going to toot my own horn and say its delious. Well gotta go talk to you tommorow.

A slow news day...

It must be a slow day if I have to show a picture of LL Bean catalogue that I got today. I have been working in the studio I have three Art Christmas Journal Pages created, but are not showing them till December 1, 2005. I know the suspense will kill you but you just have to wait. I thoought of another one today so off to the studio to start it. I cant do them one a day, because I dont work that fast, hence why I have to start early. The roads and weather are terrible today, it took me an hour to get home, and the hubby still has not made it home. Blowing snow, really cold, its a night just to stay home and watch Heroes my favourite show on Monday nights. Well should go as I said it was a slow new day today. Talk to you tommorow.

Studio Friday: Comfort

My studio is all about comfort for me. I live in Canada and its cold here, cold today minus with wind chill -31, so when I am in the studio this is what I see from my chair, I have the fireplace roaring, the sterio playing soft guitar music and a cup of tea or hot chocolate beside, and big fluffy warm slippers on and there I find comfort from not only the elements outside but from a stressfilled life of any woman, mother, worker.

sandal art....

Don't ask why I would ever do this picture...I was just in the studio and wanted to do something, my flip flop was on the floor and the rest is history. I have had a couple of bad computer days, my hubby was on the computer and decided to update windows internet explorer and then the internet would not work. So the computer guru he is not, called me to fix it, well with a little help from my internet provider we got it up and running. Well the past couple of days have not been eventful so will not bore you with the details. Hubby is at a meeting the daughter out and me home alone blogging. Tommorow night I am off with the girls for a fun filled night on the town at Olive Garden, it is my friends 55 birthday, so we need to celebrate that milestone. Other than that, talk to you Friday.....

Doodling instead of working...

This is what I do when I am in a creative rut, which I have been for a few days, I doodle, I have scrap cardboard piece on my studio desk and I doodle and watch TV and think, weird I know but that's what I do. I am thinking about a piece of art to create for Christmas for my mother, and how I am going to do it. Still thinking and sketching will let you in on it when i have thought it out. I am going to create an art journal for 24 days of Christmas, a piece each day done in a book, could be a drawing, or paper but all Christmas related, that is another project I have been thinking about. Well how was your weekend, mine was good, lots of good feed back on my Studio Friday update. Watched a couple of movies. In honour of Tom and Katies weding (thank god its over and the news can get back to normal) I watched Mission Impossible the latest one, really not to bad and the other one was the Divinci Code, I think I need to read the book and then rent the movie again. The weather here is great, but going to get cold by Thursday minus 20 which really is not that cold. Oh well enough said for tonight, talk to you tomorrow....

Studio Friday Challenge: This is me...

" How about photographing a collage of the things we work with? An arranged collection of papers and embellishments, or fabrics and trims, or paints and paintbrushes, or whatever it is we do that says "this is me." I know we did tools and supplies already, but I thought it would be fun to create a little collage of all the things we use - tools and supplies both, and even other things like a favorite cd, dvd, cup of coffee, nail polish etc that say "this is me and this is what I do".

~ Jill

Well this is me, this is who I am, an artist (at least I think i am) a diet coke fanatic, I love to listen to Music and/or watch tv when working in the studio. And one other thing I like to collect paper, I love paper all colours all designs and I like to use it in my art....Thanks Jill for the great challenge this week.

Botox or not

No i am not getting Botox, but was watching Entertainment tonight the other night and Lisa Remi (I think that's how you spell it ) was on, and those lips are not natural, and I wondered to myself why people do that to there lips. I realize once you start to get old you lips shrink into your face and eventually it looks like your lipless, but could I get that done the answer is no. So I decided to create a peice about it.... Well today was beautiful sunny and the snow was melting which is great. I spent last night working on Photoshop trying to get my Studio Friday challenge peice ready. I am learning photoshop slowly, really slowly. I wish I knew blogger better I would change up my banner and make it look much better, but haven't discovered how to do it, but am not giving up. How Long do you want to be loved..

This song is by the Dixie Chicks and I love it, hence the layout, I heard it and immediately thought of this....crazy I know. Well just got home from work, to an empty house, hubby still at the new job, the daughter at her job and just me. Snow, have we had snow, tons of it and I am sick of it, give me a hot place anyday. Last year at this time we had no snow and it was 16 celcius out crazy, so I quess this year we are paying for it. Well not much to tell you that will really get you exicted, went to work as usual came home, shovelled the driveway and going to make supper. That is the extent of my excitement. So I just wanted to post my layout. So will talk to you tommorow.

How do you spell Relief....

I had a great night last night in the studio created 3 new pieces, here is one of them, I had this thought in my sketch book for ages and there it is. I am very happy with it....Today is awful is snowing hard, the roads are icy and the wind is blowing, not making for a nice day. But I am not at work today so makes it ok, though I did venture out to have coffee (diet coke) with my mom, then went and did a little christmas shopping, not to early to start, I had rushing at the last minute. I am done for my Mom, I have got a number of things for the hardest person to buy for my daughter, it will probably end up being all taken back, but oh well I try. Well I am off to the studio to do some clean up and work on a christmas project. Talk to you tommmorow.

I am in the Christmas Spirit.......

I was feeling like Christmas last night and made this layout. I totatly scraplifted from Ali Edwards, who got her idea from a catalogue, it turned out pretty good and I went to Michaels and bought the frame. I was happy with it. Today the daughter and I went to the Christmas Craft Fair, bought a few things, did a few more errands and came home. The weather looks like snow, and the forecast is for snow. Just me and hubby for dinner tonight, the daughter is out and about. We are barbequing steak. We barbeque in all weather. Well tommorow is a holiday from work as it is a day in lieu of November 11 which fell on Saturday. No set plans, coffee with my mother, some art in the studio and thats it...... The long weekend has flown by. The hubby starts his new job on Tuesday, his retirement is over dont you think 1 week of retirement is enough. Well I should go and get the supper ready, hubby does the barbequing which is good as I hate freezing my butt off... I just looked at the picture and really dont like the way it looks on the blog, it looks much nicer in person.Talk to you tommorow.

Studio Friday: Studio Indulgences

Color, I have to have color, I use it alot in my art, I love bold bright colors. I use art markers, art pencil crayons, paint, paper, anything that can make a bold statement. If there was no color in the world, it would be a few drab place to live.

It's Official she's Eighteen

Lyndsey was born in 1988
November 7th was the exact date
She was 8lbs, 7 ounces in weight

Time passed and the baby grew into a beautiful little girl
Who had natural brown hair and a natural curl
Her eyes turned the color of a rare blue pearl

Next came high school where she made us proud
She was true to herself and stood out in the crowd
She stayed out of trouble, but could voice her opinions out loud

Now transformed before our eyes
Stands the beautiful woman who is kind, thoughtful and wise
Who never gives up and always tries

Lyndsey take a step back and remember this
You have two parents who love you and will be there for a kiss
And that when your ready to fly you will always be missed

So Happy Birthday, beautiful baby girl
Take on life and give it a whirl

Happy Birthday/Retirement

Well did not post much this weekend as was busy I had a birthday party and retirement party for the daughter and the hubby has you can see from the cake, First they spelled her name wrong, and got the wrong number of years for the hubby. Oh well, had a blast had about 18 people here, for food and fun. Actually the daughters birthday is Tuesdy, so we are going out for a big dinner celebration tommorow, with just the hubby , the daughter the boyfriend and me. We are giving her presents then. I had a bracellet made for her, it turned out beautiful, I will post a picture of it. She has another beautiful bracellet given to her by my brother inlaw and sister. So she now has 2 really nice pieces to grow with her. She is off for lunch with her pals, dinner with us so she is going to have a nice day. She is going to the bank to apply for her own visa, she has one now, but her dad is on it, so he can see what goes on, but she is pretty responsible and pays it and does not use it unwisely. But now she wants her own. Oh to be 18 again, I dont think I can remember that far back. I had her later in my life after we had been married many years and what a joy she has brought to us and continues to. Now the hubby is retired from his job of 32 years for exactly one week of doing nothing, he then goes to a new job which is exciting and fresh for him, he is looking forward to it. Well I quess I have rattled on about nothing for long enough. Talk to you all tommorow.
