This bunny looks none to nice. I wanted not your typical sweet bunny.
So I drew the bunny, I stitched the bunny, and lightly used pastel chalk on the bunny, I used scrapbook paper for the background, and stitched around that. If you turned it over you would see the outline of the bunny, that's where I wrote my note. This is a new one I created for the postcard swap. What have you been creating?
I had two real bunnies like that once! :-)
ReplyDeletethanks for commenting, I have been enjoying your site
DeleteThis little bunny may be bad but he's good, too!!!
ReplyDeletethanks Jan, I hope the person who gets this will think so, they should get it just after easter
Deletehe actually looks more his cousin the australian Bilby, which is the australian version of a rabbit, and they make that the official rabbit here and at easter they make chocolate bilbies. If you google BILBIE then you will see the family resemblance of your rabbit and the OZ one!
ReplyDeleteI am off to google BILBIE
DeleteYour rabbit looks much like folk art to me, love your style here, his expression also looks like mine yesterday when I kept stubbing my big toe three times in a row on the same chair foot. ha ha ha.
ReplyDeleteAfter my guest had left yesterday I spent much of my evening doing some computer art, now I only wish I had a printer.
i hope your toe is ok, and I agree i think the bunny does look folk artish to me to
