I decided when smash books came out I was not going to get one,
but I did get one for the Shopper, I thought she would like one.
Well she had it about 6 months, and then brought it back
to me, empty. She didnt want, didnt know what to do with it,
wasnt into. So now it was back to me, so this I made and
put on the very back page of the smash book. I dont know what I am
going to do with the book , I might just treat it like an art journal.
Do you have one?
well dont have one, dont realy know what they are, but am liking what youve done here very much! yes, use it as an art journal!
ReplyDeletei have decided to use as an artjournal, a smash book is like a scrapbook of your life
Deletedon't have one but i think it would make a great art journal! great drawing too!
ReplyDeleteI have no idea what a smash book is, but I like what you did to it. Love the colours.
ReplyDeleteHow neat this is, Lee!
ReplyDeleteI don't know what a "smash book" is so I can't comment on one.
I don't have an art journal but I have thought of starting one~

When I saw the title of this post I thought you were talking about the TV program which I love!
ReplyDeleteNope, don't have one but I am working in a smash journal from the art journal round robin I'm doing.
This looks really cool, Lee! I find myself flipping through the Smash books at the store, but I don't think I'll ever get one. Kind of just makes more sense to me to work from a blank book. I look forward to seeing what you do with it! (Still cracks me up how you call your daughter The Shopper!)
ReplyDeletethis looks GREAT lee! and you have a wonderful sense of humor!
ReplyDeleteThis is great Lee. I don't have a Smash book...once I saw all the little extras that go with them I knew it was best to stay away. It seemed like a money trap for me. :)
ReplyDeleteOh, such a great image and wonderful text! I've never seen a Smash-journal, so I can't really imagine what you can do with it ....
