Studio Friday-May Treat

Treat yourself to something your heart desires, maybe some chocolate or flowers or new art supplies... a nice little something (no spending of a fortune involved). Celebrate yourself !!

I received this shelf for my birthday from my husband. I wanted one for use in my studio to hold some of my stuff. I love IKEA and their shelves. Hope you like my treat...

  2. I deem anything from Ikea a treat! Their stuff is a lifesaver in our small abode. Is that a full-size troll doll?

    enjoy your holiday!

I got this shelf for my daughter's apartment -- wasn't it a treat to put together ;-) But once completed - it is quite wonderful (though I want to get in there and move things around on her shelves ;-)

I love your treat, and I love how you "framed" the photo! Very cool & creative.

I live in Smalltown, South Carolina and don't think I've ever even seen an IKEA up close and personal (unless the website counts, and I'm pretty sure it's not the same thing!) but I've actually saved your picture of your treat into my "Studio Inspiration" folder, to be incorporated into the mega studio makeover (to turn my functional, yet not so pretty studio into a beautiful, dream, magazine-worthy studio) that I plan to do someday -- someday hopefully within this decade!

    Have a terrific Tuesday!
