Lately I have been obsessively drawing walls, old walls, fort walls,
that happens to me. I want to learn to draw something really
good, and I draw them over and over again, city buildings, birds,
faces, and I feel only by drawing them so much will they improve.
Take this drawing in my journal, it is much better than the very\
first one, so I am getting better. Do you do anything like this
to improve ? And I am linking up to Paper Saturdays

If I drew I am sure I would draw the same things over and over because I do the same things over and over in my mixed media. Love your bright bird and fun wall.

I do the same but sadly I'm more about color and patterns... Love all your artwork and when the dog took over posting it was so quirky and funny... I loved it. Just because I don't comment every time doesn't mean I haven't read every single post...glad you had a nice get away! You always bring a smile to my face! Thanks for that!

Your drawing is lovely, bright and fun! I am the same, but normally it is styles of drawing I get hooked on, rather than the subject. :)
ReplyDeleteLol Lee yes I do that too. I keep drawing paper dolls or rather faces and making them into paper dolls but I guess you knew that.... yours will be done this week. I have just started on a sketch and I can't wait for you to see you finished, she will appear on FB before you see her at Paper Saturdays next week. Thank you for sharing your bright and wonderful art!. ManonXxx
ReplyDeleteThat bird is so cute. It looks like it's walking on tiptoe and doing something it shouldn't be doing ... ;-)
