I used some of my new "school supplies" on the whale. I wanted to get some Derwent Intense Watercolour Pencils, and here they are. I love how they stay the colours. I did a bunch of work in the studio yesterday. I finished two abstracts, worked on this Indian dream sequence, and finished the paper bag picture that I was working on. Plus a bunch of watercolour pictures done on postcard size watercolour paper. This is one of them.
I really like this one! I haven't tried those watercolor pencils but if this is an example I know I'd enjoy working with them.
ReplyDeleteYou were BUSY yesterday!!!!
You are an art - making machine! The blues are great in this whale. I have a big set of those Derwent pencils, too. I love them.
