Solitude Street

Hello fellow bloggers, here it is 8:13am and I am up, showered, walked devil dog, and blogging.  I had a horrible sleep have you ever had one of those.  Where you wake up every hour on the hour, and then decide you better just get up.
Well this weekend was OK, I went to my favourite art store.  They have every July this blowout sale, and bbq.  I did not buy much because I don't need much, I bought some molding paste, 2 charcoal pencils, and 1 grey pan pastel.  I restrained myself.
Well today is beautiful, I am off to sit on the deck, read the paper and just enjoy this beautiful morning, and who knows what the rest of the day holds.

  1. There's something about this card that just draws me in.

Good for you for having restraint at the art sale. I'm not sure if I would have been so good. I'm such a sucker for art supplies on sale!

Enjoy your morning on the deck. I wish I could sit there with you and have a long chat.

This card is interesting. I feel like I could look at it for hours and then maybe find some sort of answer in there...

  4. another great card Lee...sorry you had a bad nights sleep... I have them all the time... and then feel tired and grumpy for the rest of the day. But do enjoy your lovely summer on the deck! I can't wait for some summer weather here... not long to wait now!

  5. I think this is my favorite card - EVER. It's so cool.

What's up with the tossing and turning? I hate getting a bad night's sleep. Try some relaxing scented oils on your temples before laying down tonight. Or lavender on your pillow???
