Thats what I call her Lola, that song has been going thru my mind
met her in a club down in Old Soho
where you drink champagne and it tastes
just like Cherry ColaC-O-L-A Cola.
She walked up to me and she asked me to dance.
I asked her her name and in a dark brown voice she said, "Lola"
L-O-L-A Lola, lo lo lo Lola
Well its Friday and I am planning on getting the 52 cards completed today,
not much left on them, and then hopefully in the mail by Monday. I am
in a Halloween Atc mail exchange, so I created those and am going to get those in the mail
on Saturday.
So what are you doing today?
beautiful painting! I love it!
ReplyDeleteShe's a cutie! And I like that song, too.
ReplyDeleteToday I'm trying to get my mojo going. I've been dragging out unfinished projects and seeing if I can get something done with them.
What a cutie! Her shorts make me smile! Sounds like you are keeping busy with your art. I am getting ready for some craft shows in November. Today I made a bunch of matchbook notebooks to package up.
ReplyDeleteThis is an awesome painting! Did you use ink and watercolor?
ReplyDeleteDo you find you get stuck on a certain song and it just rolls and rolls around your brain? I have two that, once I start on one, I'll find myself humming it all day. One is Georgia and the other is Ruby, both done by Ray Charles. Who's singing your version of Lola?
ReplyDeleteOoh, I LOVE this one!! She's a snazzy dresser, and I really love how the pink hearts ran into the blue background and made a pretty purple colour.
