Searching for the elusive

I keep drawing these cityscapes because \I am
in search of a certain look, this is not it.
I have been organizing all my art that I have
scanned and put on my computer.  I have put
them into categories, such as faces, birds
All the collage I have collected, and scanned, etc
That  way when I am looking for something it
should be easier to find.  Do you scan your
art?

Happy belated bday! If 61 is the new 31 does that make 51 the new 21? Certainly doesn't feel like it. Isn't it funny how you can have a look in mind in your head and still not be able to get it on the page? Good luck searching. We'll get to see the attempts. If you organize, take the time to back up your hard drive. I didn't and lost all that effort.

  2. I'm looking forward seeing what you find. Your cityscape abowe looks perfect to me. No, I don't scan my art but I photograph it and store it in an organized way on my computer. It's not organized in my studio though, and the piles are growing. One of these days I'll have to clean it all up, right now it feels a bit overwhelmimg.

  3. This is such a happy cityscape illustration! I love it to look at it again and again. I do not scan but photograph my artwork and file it too. And sometimes I send it to a printer to make some postcards from it. Fortunately my friends and relatives like it so much to receive my "artsy postcards".

  4. I love your city scape so colorful and fun! I just won one from Jodi Ohl....I can't wait to get it! I usually take photos of my art...but I think I shall try scanning it and see if it comes out better! All the best in your organizing!
